The Adriatic Boat of the Year 2013 competition will include all boats that have been manufactured and presented in the Adriatic region, from 1 January 2012 till 1 April 2013.
Boats, which will be nominated for the Adriatic Product of the Year, must have the »Adriatic note«, thus they have to be ajusted to use in the Adriatic conditions and need at sea.
The Slovenian-Croatian jury of experts will be composed of ten members (5 from each country), which must not be boat sellers. Should this occur, the nominated boats will not include those, represented by a jury member or associated with them in any way.

ANDREJ JUSTIN, marine architect, author of projects, such as: elan 23WA, Justin Ten, Maxi Jena, RC44 etc. He graduated from Westlaw Institute of Marine Technology, USA. He currently works in Slovenia. |

MARIJAN BAUER, retired journalist of daily newspaper Delo, former Editor-in-chief with Slovenske novice, currently Editor of Weekend, a Friday supplement of daily newspaper Finance. As President of the Portorož Yacht Club, he brought Russel Coutts and the RC 44 fleet to the Slovenian sea. |

DAN LENARD, one of the most renowned world boat designers, author of projects for some of the most expensive mega yachts. Otherwise born in Ljubljana, Dan currently lives in Italy and works for the Nuvolari-Lenard studio. |

DEJAN RAVTER, Editor-in-chief with Navtika plus magazine, an experienced journalist and editor with nautical magazines. |

OZREN BAKRAČ, probably the most renowned Croatian skipper. Sailed around the world more than once. No boat is a mystery to him. |

ĐEK ŠURIJA, judicial expert and skipper with a longstanding experience. A man, who knows boats from another point of view. |

BRASLAV KARLIĆ, founder and Editor-in-chief of the oldest and most renowned Croatian nautical magazine. A sailor, who equally sails on motor and sailing boats. |

VEDRAN ROŽIĆ, Executive editor with More magazine, in charge of sail and motor boat tests. In the last five years only, he has sailed on more than a hundred different boats. |
